letters from the president.

it's transfer time in paige's mission. transfers are always an exciting time for missionaries because it determines with whom and where they'll be for the next 6 weeks (at least) of their life. this time around was exciting for us too as we received two letters from president waddoups regarding paige's service:

To the Family of Sorella WIghtman

Your missionary, Sister Wightman, has recently been assigned to be a "New Missionary Trainer". In this assignment she will be the companion of a newly arrived missionary. This is a very important responsibility. Trainers have a profound and lasting influence on the development of a new missionary's attitude and habits.

I am confident that Sister Wightman will do an excellent job in this new assignment.

Sister Waddoups and I thank you for your faith and prayers on behalf of our mission and for all you have done to prepare such an outstanding missionary.

Sincerely,
Michael G. Waddoups

this will be "baby" # 3 for paige! her bouncing baby girl was due to arrive this morning. we'll post a picture as soon as we find one (counting on sister waddoups blog for a picture of the new pair).

She has been called to this new assignment based on her outstanding service and dedication as a missionary.
